These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Aura Labs website at auralabs.info and any content services provided by Aura Labs. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Aura Labs provides AI-assisted content production services for B2B businesses, including SEO blog posts, email newsletters, social media content, case studies, and content strategy. We reserve the right to decline any project that conflicts with our values, ethical standards, or capacity.
You agree to provide accurate information in intake forms and briefs, respond to requests within a reasonable timeframe, ensure materials you provide do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights, and use delivered content in compliance with all applicable laws.
Upon receipt of full payment, Aura Labs assigns all intellectual property rights in the delivered content to you. You own the final content outright. We retain the right to use anonymized descriptions of work for marketing purposes unless you request otherwise. Content not paid for in full remains the property of Aura Labs.
You acknowledge that Aura Labs uses AI tools in our content production process. All AI-generated content is reviewed and edited by a human before delivery. You are responsible for reviewing all delivered content before publishing it under your brand.
While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee every factual claim. We flag uncertain claims for client review. You are solely responsible for verifying factual claims before publishing. Aura Labs is not liable for damages arising from inaccurate published content.
Revision rounds are as specified in your plan. A revision means adjustments to existing content based on your feedback. Requests for complete rewrites or fundamental topic changes may be treated as new pieces. Late-stage scope changes may incur additional fees.
Monthly retainer plans are billed in advance. First payment is due before production begins. Late payments (more than 7 days past due) may result in a pause on content production until payment is received.
Either party may terminate a monthly retainer with 30 days written notice sent to growth@auralabs.info. We will complete all in-progress work for the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partially used billing periods, work in progress, or any billing period in which production has already begun. We may immediately terminate any engagement if a client breaches these Terms, fails to pay, or requests content that is illegal, defamatory, or harmful.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding non-public information shared during the engagement. We will not disclose your specific business strategies or internal data to third parties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aura Labs' total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Our services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific search rankings, traffic increases, or other business outcomes from the content we produce.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before formal legal proceedings.
We may update these Terms from time to time and will notify active clients of significant changes via email.
