Refund Policy

Short version: Once production begins on a billing period, that period is non-refundable. If we fail to deliver what was agreed, we will make it right through revisions, a replacement piece, or a credit toward future work — not a cash refund. All plans require 30 days written notice to cancel. We do not issue refunds for delivered work, work in progress, or partially used billing periods.

1. Our Quality Commitment

Every piece of content goes through a multi-stage quality pipeline before delivery. If you're not satisfied with a delivered piece, we will work with you to resolve it through revisions, a replacement piece, or a credit toward future work.

2. Monthly Retainer Plans

All monthly retainer plans are billed in advance at the start of each billing cycle.

  • No refunds for unused portions: If you cancel mid-cycle, we complete in-progress work but will not refund the unused portion.
  • Cancellation takes effect after 30 days: Your plan continues until the end of the notice period.
  • No refunds once production begins: Once we have started producing any content for a billing period, that entire period is non-refundable regardless of how many pieces have been completed. This applies even if you cancel mid-cycle.

3. One-Off Projects

A 50% deposit is required before work begins and is non-refundable once work has started. The remaining 50% is due upon delivery of the first draft. If we fail to deliver within the agreed timeframe without prior communication, you may request a full refund of amounts paid.

4. When We Will Issue a Refund or Credit

We will issue a full or partial refund or credit in the following circumstances:

  • We fail to deliver agreed content within the specified timeframe without prior notice
  • The delivered content is so far below quality standards it cannot be improved through normal revisions, and we cannot produce an acceptable replacement
  • We produced content on the wrong topic or scope due to our own error
  • You were billed twice due to a payment processing error

5. When We Will Not Issue a Refund

We do not issue refunds when:

  • You changed your mind about the topic or direction after work began
  • The content was delivered and you used it without requesting revisions first
  • You are dissatisfied with results (traffic, rankings, conversions) — performance depends on many factors outside our control
  • You provided an incomplete or unclear brief
  • Cancellation after a billing cycle has already been charged
  • More than 30 days have passed since the delivery date of the content in question

6. Revision Policy

Before requesting a refund, we ask that you allow us to complete the revision rounds included in your plan. Starter: 1 round per piece. Growth: 2 rounds per piece. Scale: Unlimited rounds. Revisions are delivered within 24 hours of your request.

7. How to Request a Refund

Email growth@auralabs.info with the subject line "Refund Request" including: your name and business name, the content piece(s) in question and delivery date, a description of the issue, and the resolution you're seeking. We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

8. Disputes

Please contact us at growth@auralabs.info before initiating a chargeback. We will work with you to resolve billing disputes quickly and fairly. Chargebacks initiated without prior contact may result in suspension of service.
